Huawei Japan has started updating target wearable products on sale to enable blood oxygen level measurement. The target is "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2" and "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e". All users will be notified of the update within the next month or so.
The “HUAWEI WATCH FIT” has been updated since January 22nd, and the “HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 Pro” has been updated since January 25th.
The two models, "HUAWEI WATCH FIT" and "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 Pro", can monitor blood oxygen levels in real time 24 hours a day. It also has a function to notify you of an alert when the blood oxygen level is low.
The latest version of the HUAWEI Health app is required to use the 24-hour monitoring function. To check and update the version, open the HUAWEI Health app (HUAWEI Health app, Health care app depending on the type of smartphone) → Device → Target device → Firmware update.
