Huawei Japan will sequentially update the software for target wearable products currently on sale from late January that will enable blood oxygen level measurement. The target products are "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2", "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e", "HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 Pro", and "HUAWEI WATCH FIT".
Blood oxygen levels can be monitored in real time for 24 hours. Some models are also equipped with a function to notify you with an alert when the blood oxygen level is low.
Updates for HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 Pro and HUAWEI WATCH FIT will begin in late January, and updates for HUAWEI WACTH GT 2 and HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e will begin in early February. Update notifications will be sent to all target products in about a month. Detailed update schedule and version information will be announced at a later date.
To check and update the version, open the HUAWEI Health app (HUAWEI Health app, Health care app depending on the type of smartphone) → Device → Target device → Firmware update.
