Disassemble from the back cover, remove the four hexagonal screws on the back cover, and cover, after opening, you can see that there is a black rubber ring around the watch case. Large chunks of shockproof foam are also used on the battery.
The rear cover integrates a battery, a heart rate module, a speaker and a vibrator. On the other hand, the motherboard, the button soft board and the screen are integrated in the watch case part, and the connecting soft board part is fixed by metal sheet.
First disassemble the rear cover part, the battery is fixed by black glue and white solid glue, the battery directly touches the soft board through the solder joint, and does not use the BTB interface, the installation point is processed.
Then remove the speakers and vibrators fixed by glue. The vibrating machine is contacted on the soft board through the solder joint, the loudspeaker is connected through the contact, and there is a white rubber ring around the loudspeaker to function as water.
The soft board is pressed under the black plastic sheet, remove the plastic sheet, and remove the soft plate, which is integrated with a barometer and a microphone. The microphone is waterproof through the waterproof net, and the air pressure is waterproof through the black ring on Monday.
The plastic sheet is fixed with a magnet to absorb the wireless charging wire.
The heart rate sensor board and the soft board are glued and fixed, and the wireless charging coil is fixed on the heart rate sensor board.
Four photoelectric diodes and six LED lights are integrated on the heart rate sensor.
Open the middle cover with a poison stick from the gap between the back cover and the middle cover, and the wireless charging coil is fixed on the back cover through glue.
The rear cover part is disassembled, and then back to the watch case part, the motherboard and side key soft board are fixed by screws. Two PCB boards are connected by solder joints and pairs, in which white silica gel not only plays a fixed role but also plays a role in heat dissipation. The side button is fixed by eight pieces of metal.
Finally, remove the black side key soft board bracket and the NFC coil hidden in the screen cable. The stitching gap between the watch case and the screen is very small and cannot be removed by heating.
